Casa Hogar del Sol DBA Paskay founded in 2008, is a Peruvian registered non-governmental, nondenominational, civil association (not for profit organization with registration number 11079268).
Paskay is a Quechua word which means to free yourself physically and spiritually. The organization Paskay aims to help people to help themselves through providing education, training and work opportunities as well as health and nutrition initiatives.
Every child on this earth has an overwhelming desire to be loved, to be wanted, to be accepted and to be appreciated. To the extent that we can fulfill this desire....will we find happiness ourselves.
A chance at life:
Paskay is dedicated to exploring all avenues and possibilities in the humanities and sciences that further the full realization of human potential and to fostering the mental, physical and emotional well-being of all those in need in the High Andean Mountains of Peru.
Paskay and Casa Hogar Del Sol have several projects that are on-going throughout the year: foodlines, schools, dental programs, greenhouses, advanced education, etc.
Paskay provides a wide range of learning opportunities to empower deprived children and adults to acquire knowledge, develop self-esteem and skills and to cultivate their unique talents, thereby creating healthier, happier self-sustaining productive lives for themselves and others.
